Room fit
Golf Simulator Room Size Guide
There is no single universal room size. The correct minimum comes from the golfer’s swing envelope plus the exact launch monitor, enclosure and screen geometry.
Quick checks
- Measure real swing height before buying hardware.
- Room depth changes with radar vs camera systems.
- Both-handed play usually needs more width.
Start with swing clearance
A room can satisfy a product specification and still be uncomfortable for a tall golfer or a steep driver swing. Test the full swing envelope first.
Then add equipment geometry
Radar units may need several feet behind the ball, while camera units can sit beside the ball or overhead. Enclosure depth and rear screen buffer consume additional room depth.
How we use specifications
GolfSimulatorVerdicts treats room size, mounting height and placement as compatibility constraints rather than quality scores. Current manufacturer documentation controls exact installation.
